Who I Am and What I Do

In a river valley of Central Alberta, I spent my childhood days immersed in the natural world. My early years were shaped by the companionship of animals and the thrill of sports. This active lifestyle, surrounded by the beauty of the countryside, instilled in me a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of life.

As I grew, so did my interests, which led me down a path of varied professional experiences. From the nurturing environment of childcare to the structured world of business and banking, each phase of my career contributed to my personal and professional growth. However, in the healing arts of massage therapy, I found my true calling, a profession that resonates with my core values and aspirations.

The journey to establishing my own practice was fueled by a desire to create a space where I could fully embody my holistic philosophy. This approach to wellness, which considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—is the cornerstone of my practice. It’s a belief that wellness is not merely the absence of illness but the pursuit of complete harmony within oneself.

Calgary has been my base since the summer of 2011, a vibrant city that has offered me countless opportunities for development and connection. My first job in this city, at an engineering firm, was a stepping stone that led me to where I am today. My commitment to my craft is underscored by my education, which includes an extensive 3000-hour massage therapy program and ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of my field.

Looking forward, I am excited about the plans unfolding for my practice. These plans are not just ideas but concrete steps towards enhancing the services I offer and the ways in which I can contribute to the well-being of my clients.

For those interested in beginning their wellness journey with me, I invite you to reach out with any questions or to book your first session. My practice is a sanctuary for those seeking balance and rejuvenation, and I look forward to welcoming you.
